Doug MacGillivray - Director/Property Manager

Doug has been helping property investors to select tenants and manage properties for over 16 years. He has a strong background in sales and property management, and regularly uses his experience to help buyers and new owners navigate the local property market and select solid investment options. Doug is an Associate Member of the Real Estate Insitute of New Zealand, specializing in property management. In his spare time you’ll often find Doug teeing off at Queenstown Golf Club, Kelvin Heights, where Doug is an active club member.

Emma Carley - Property Manager

Emma has joined the Resort Property Rentals team from the far away North. After completing her degree at Massey University in Palmerston North in Property Management and Valuation and working for a couple of years in windy Wellington as a hands on Property Manager she now keeps busy in our Queenstown office managing tenants and carrying out inspections for rental properties in and around Queenstown. She loves her new home and is excited to explore her new adventure playground - the great South!

Janette Thompson – Administrator

Janette works in the ‘engine room’ of Resort Property Rentals supporting the day to day management of the property services and accounts. She has been working with Resort Property Rentals since 1999 and her role ensures that there are effective systems and communications between tenants, property owners and holiday makers at all times. When not at work Janette likes to make the most of the magnificent Queenstown scenery, and is a keen hiker and active member of the community.  

Brigit Russell - Assistant

Born and bred in Sydney, Australia. Brigit is very proud of where she comes from. After flying into Queenstown during early 2004 with the plan to stay for "6 months or so", she, like a lot of other people that come to this beautiful place has now made Queenstown her home. She has a strong Administration background working as a P.A and Receptionist within industries such as building, fashion and media sales. Brigit helps run the administrative duties at Resort Property Rentals and is pleased to be working with such a great team.
