  We market all our short-term properties through our website and national and local media platforms, making it easy for potential customers to find your property.
   
• Booking Systems
  Our online booking system allows guests to arrange all accommodation bookings direct with Resort Property Rentals. We’ll check to ensure the property is available with you prior to any confirmation.
   
• Preparing the Property for Guests
  We contract reputable cleaning companies to ensure that your property is well cared for and presented between each guest visit.
   
• Managing Repairs and Maintenance
  As soon as any issues have been identified in the property we’ll organise repairs using one of our preferred suppliers, and inform you along each step of the process. We only use qualified, reputable trades people for our rental property repairs, and review our suppliers regularly.
   
• Regular Property Inspections
  We will come and inspect your property and report on its condition as often as you require.
   
• Looking After Gardens and Grounds
  We have a team of experienced reputable gardeners who we contract to manage all our grounds and garden requirements on our clients behalf.
