  We will carry out a monthly check of both the interior and exterior of your property and ensure that the property is both secure and well–maintained in your absence.
   
• Maintenance and Repairs, including Grounds
  Our team will be swift to manage any repairs or maintenance needs, and make sure that the grounds are well cared for during the summer and winter months.
   
• Manage Bill Payments on your Behalf 
  Payment of all owners property outgoings including body corporate fees, insurance, rates, repairs and maintenance, housekeeping, refurbishment, power, water, telephone, ground and garden maintenance.
   
• Housekeeping Duties
  We will ensure the property is well-presented and ready for occupation prior to your visit, and if required carry out airing, heating, cleaning, make up of beds, arranging linen etc.
